Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi‑tasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile gross profits to monitor gross margin changes.
• Monitor cost analysis of expenses and determine impact.
• Reconcile General Ledger to verify account balances.
• Tax preparations and filings and adhere to deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries for accounting records.
• Assist with year-end audit schedules and SOX controls.
• Support design and effectiveness of internal control framework.
• Maintain financial controls documentation and process narratives.
• Keep up-to-date with SEC updates and regulations.
• Perform other duties to support the department.
