Job summary

First American is seeking a Customer Service Help Desk Analyst in Scottsdale with a remote-first setup and occasional on-site requirements. You will assist internal and external customers on accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and use Oracle and Concur to resolve issues.

You will work with offshore staff, train on process changes, and participate in improvement projects while maintaining strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Problem solving - identifying problems and providing solutions.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred.

In this role, you will be working closely with our business partners to resolve issues related to shipping. You will be answering questions for internal and external customers and vendors related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities also include reviewing employee expense reports and approving for reimbursement. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers over the phone and in email.
