• Experience with JD Edwards, Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems is a plus.

Accounting Analyst - Real Estate Developer in Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Our client, a global real estate investment and development firm, is looking to add an Accounting Analyst to its Dallas team. With a portfolio valued at over $100 billion, the firm has an established presence across major real estate markets and a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

This role will work closely with the Controller and property management and fund accounting teams, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of market-rate residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Review third-party financial reporting packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform analytical reviews of income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Evaluate monthly accruals and monitor debt service payments, real estate taxes, and insurance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for fund accounting.
