Accurate Personnel LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support daily accounting tasks, reporting, payroll, and procurement. The role requires 2+ years in accounting/finance and payroll experience, with Paychex familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• College coursework in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous payroll experience is required.
• Experience using Paychex payroll software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to supervisor.
• Monitor purchasing activities and ensure PO procedures are followed.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receiving docs, and invoices.
• Order office supplies for the Distribution Center and liaise with vendors.
• Standardize operational reports for management and compliance.
• Review staffing agency invoices for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and DC management across departments.
• Execute extensive data entry projects and meet deadlines.
• Support payroll-related functions using Paychex.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
