Job summary

Data Innovations LLC is seeking an Accounting Analyst II to oversee and analyze financial data within the company systems. You will perform GL entries, month-end closes, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes timely reporting and cross-team support.

The position requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills. Responsibilities include training, documentation, and assisting audits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to interpret accounting guidance and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions and data analysis.
• 3+ years in financial closing, reconciliations, and general ledger journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including AP data, expense reports, and payments.
• Prepare and process general ledger entries across cash, A/P, A/R, inventory and fixed assets.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to support reporting cycles.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and preparation of reports as needed.
