Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; equivalent work experience or certification may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn and effectively utilize accounting, reporting, database, and other business systems.
• Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in communication and customer experience.
• Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, financial reporting, financial systems, general ledger, standard accounting practices, technology literacy, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, cash receipt, and other operational accounting activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial models, dashboards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with fixed assets, construction-in-progress projects, prepaid equipment, transfers, retirements, and depreciation tracking.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for department initiatives and routine operations; backup for other functions as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
