Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• CPA strongly preferred but not required.
• Public accounting experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and performance trends.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with consolidations, financial reporting, and account analysis.
• Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Work cross-functionally with domestic and international business units.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management.
