The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, solid Excel and Word skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. The position offers hybrid work with initial onsite onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile and process invoices for insurance carriers, vendors and state authorities.
• Prepare payments by check, wire transfer and ACH.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and carriers.
• Identify and collect amounts owed by carriers and monitor premium-related invoicing.
• Create and maintain carrier profiles, policy records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to accounting queries from agencies and internal teams.
• Support collection reporting and invoicing queries.
• Review financial journals and maintain records.

## Accounting Analyst**Location:** Tampa, FL – Hybrid (fully onsite for the first six months, then three days in the office and two days remote) **Salary:** $60,000-$65,000 annuallyWe are partnering with an established insurance business to recruit an Accounting Analyst. This opportunity offers hands-on training, ongoing professional development and the chance to contribute to a collaborative accounting team.The successful candidate will support accounts payable and insurance payment operations, ensuring invoices are accurate, accounts are reconciled and payments are processed on time.
