Job summary

FirstFour Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and month-end close within a large manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on internal controls, process improvements, and ERP SAP reporting, collaborating with operations to improve cost visibility.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and solid US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial analyses and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor internal controls and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to improve cost visibility.
• Assist with ERP data integrity and SAP-based reporting.

Accounting Analyst - Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and accounting operations within a large manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for account analysis, month-end close activities, internal controls, process improvements, and supporting business planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred)
