BPM is seeking an Accounting Advisory Supervisor to guide clients in strengthening financial operations and reporting, including bank reconciliations, month-end close, and GAAP-compliant reporting. As an Accounting Advisory Supervisor, you'll leverage your experience to help clients strengthen their financial operations, improve reporting processes, and make informed business decisions. This role involves performing bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are correct, reconciling balance sheet accounts to maintain the integrity of financial statements, and leading month-end close activities such as journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. Additionally, the position requires creating and analyzing financial reports that comply with GAAP and client-specific requirements, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

Note: This position is onsite for candidates located in Sioux Falls, SD. Candidates residing elsewhere in the U.S. who are within commuting distance of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid work schedule.
