Job Description:
Accounting Advisory Senior Consultant with Crowe, LLP (Los Angeles, CA)
Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, or audit and evaluate statements prepared by others. Perform accounting research related to complex transactions and create written outputs summarizing the application of the accounting guidance to the specified transaction. Evaluate, design, and implement best practices to support the operations of accounting and finance departments. Responsible for executing solutions to complex issues involving accounting and finance processes and technical accounting matters. Communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally and provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients in various industries. Advise clients on how to improve and optimize accounting and finance operations and provide other valuable recommendations. Req. up to 30% domestic travel req’d.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or Economics degree with an Accounting Minor, foreign equivalent or closely related field. Position requires 1 year of experience in job offered, Audit Associate, or closely related. Position requires experience in: Accounting principles and auditing techniques such as GAAS, GAAP and PCAOB; Financial Statement Preparation; and Technical Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA License) req’d.
Offered Salary: $126,787.50 - $150,075.00 USD Annual

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
