Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management required
• Pursue CPA designation encouraged
• Minimum 4 years in public accounting or industry accounting
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces, reporting and ERP customization
• Experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, Concur a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently
• Knowledge of GAAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting services for clients including month-end close, A/P, A/R, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements prep
• Work on engagement teams supporting managers on small to mid-size private company reports
• Participate in multiple engagements and client interactions during implementations
• Assist in assessing ERP implementation needs and crafting cross-domain solutions
• Contribute to team by analyzing information and recommending practical solutions
• Participate in special projects to support client growth and learning
