Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in providing financial statement audits or accounting advisory services.
• An active CPA license is required.
• Strong knowledge in ASC 606 and ASC 842 accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagements and consult on complex accounting transactions.
• Provide transaction accounting support for business combinations and IPOs.
• Prepare financial statements and SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
