Candidates should have approximately twelve years of relevant experience and an active CPA license, along with proficiency in US GAAP and experience in the asset management industry. This position offers a competitive salary range of $263,300 to $438,800 along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of experience in financial statement audits or accounting advisory.
• Ability to travel on short notice (up to 80%).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on complex accounting transactions.
• Support SEC regulatory filings and prepare carve-out financials.
• Train and supervise less experienced colleagues.
• Engage with clients and deliver substantiated advice.
