Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of current or recent public accounting, financial reporting or technical accounting experience
• Excellent team and project management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of audit services with knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and FASB regulations
• Minimum 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent engagements within the AFC practice to provide technical accounting and financial or business advisory guidance
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts
• Provide timely, high quality client service meeting or exceeding expectations including coordinating the consulting work plan and deliverables
• Collaborate with firm specialists on complex accounting matters
• Assist in the preparation of technical memos and client deliverables
• Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagement teams
• Oversee engagement economics and manage resources for efficient engagement models
• Develop others within the TAC practice through mentoring and training
• Understand firm service lines and discuss opportunities with client management
• Travel 25% or less of the year
