Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years in public accounting, financial reporting or technical accounting
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and FASB regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engagements in AFC to provide technical accounting and advisory guidance
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts
• Provide high quality client service and deliverables per work plan
• Collaborate with firm specialists on complex accounting matters
• Prepare technical memos and client deliverables
• Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagements
• Oversee engagement economics and resources for efficiency
• Address client concerns and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop others within the TAC/AFC practice through mentoring and training
• Understand firm service lines and leverage introductions to others
• Travel up to 25% or less depending on client needs
