Job summary

Henderson Drake Ltd. seeks an Accounting Advisory Manager to join our US team in San Francisco (Remote).

You will own engagements from start to finish, partnering with CFOs and Controllers through IPOs, acquisitions, restructurings, and carve-outs. You will lead engagements on technical accounting and financial reporting, guide clients through acquisitions and IPO readiness, and provide practical US GAAP and SEC guidance while delivering clear memos and client deliverables.

Qualifications

5+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory, or transaction services.
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
Track record working directly with senior finance stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
Comfortable managing multiple engagements at the same time.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting advisory engagements across technical accounting and financial reporting matters.
Guide clients through acquisitions, carve-outs, IPO readiness, and restructuring activity.
Provide practical guidance on US GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex accounting areas.
Prepare and review technical accounting memos and client deliverables.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
