Distinct | North America is seeking an Accounting Advisory Manager in Horsham, PA. You’ll work directly with business owners, advising on cash flow, forecasting, acquisitions, and transitions to shape their businesses.

With 7+ years in public accounting, advisory, or consulting and US GAAP expertise, you’ll manage people and client relationships. CPA or progress toward it is expected; M&A experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in public accounting, advisory, or consulting with US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience managing people and building client relationships.
• CPA or significant progress towards it.

Responsibilities

• Advise owners on cash flow, forecasting, acquisitions, and business transitions.
• Build and manage client relationships while leading advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking and Wealth Management teams for broader opportunities.
