Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions.
• Integrate with client’s internal staff as a subject matter expert.
• Prepare financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements.
