Responsibilities include:

• Support financial reporting, account reconciliations, and intercompany balancing.
• Maintain fixed asset capitalization processes and related accounting.
• Assist with financial systems and operational reporting.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting or related field required
• Real Estate industry experience preferred
