Responsibilities

• Process assigned accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily shipments, and invoicing.
• Prepare and ensure month-end close information is accurately submitted to Corporate.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for prepay-and-add shipments for invoicing.
• Assist in evaluating and approving customer credit terms and credit limits.
• Generate and approve credit memos as needed.
• Assist with tracking fixed asset changes (acquisitions, disposals, trades, etc.).
