Lennar is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the accounting team with AP processing, journal entries, and vendor management. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely bill processing, and strong collaboration with business partners.
The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in AP, with preference for a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and JD Edwards experience. This is a full-time on-site role in Charlotte, NC.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for providing accounting support, including managing accounts payable, making journal entries, processing vendor checks, and handling various office administrative duties for the accounting department. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
