Race Service LLC is seeking an experienced accountant to become the CFO's right hand, owning day-to-day accounting and NetSuite administration across our creative agency and apparel businesses. You’ll close books, implement integrations, and raise the finance skills of the whole team.

You’ll report to the CFO, influence how finance runs, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver accurate reporting and scalable processes for a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a senior accounting function.
• Hands-on accounting with depth in NetSuite as a power user or admin.
• Experience with both services (project-based) and physical product (inventory) accounting.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales tax and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• A systems mindset: you see a manual process and fix it.
• Ability to teach non-finance people.
• Comfort working in a lean team without a large department.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with CPAs and CFO on month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting across entities and currencies.
• Project accounting for the agency: revenue recognition, cost allocation, job profitability.
• Inventory accounting for apparel: COGS, landed cost, valuation, reconciliation.
• Internal NetSuite administration: saved searches, workflows, roles and permissions, custom fields, reporting.
• Integrations and process design connecting NetSuite with Ramp, Rippling, Wrapbook and other tools.
• Training employees on the systems and processes they use daily.
• AP, AR, vendor payments and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with CPAs and CFO on sales tax, local tax and compliance calendar.
• Cross-functional collaboration with ops, production, agency and apparel leadership.

Compensation: $85,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience.

We're looking for an accountant who likes being close to the numbers and knows the systems behind them. You'll be the CFO's right hand: you'll run day-to-day accounting across our creative agency and apparel businesses, and you'll own NetSuite as we rebuild how finance runs.

This isn't a role where you just maintain the ledger. We recently moved to NetSuite and are now improving our processes, connecting new tools and raising the finance skills of the whole company. We need someone who can close the books in the morning, set up an integration in the afternoon, and show a producer how to code their time the next day.

Race Service is a smaller, agile team. You'll report directly to the CFO and have real say in how our finance function is built. What you build will show up across the business, not sit in a queue.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate with our CPAs and CFO on month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting across entities and currencies

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years in a senior accounting function
• Hands-on accounting experience, with real depth in NetSuite as a power user or admin
• Experience with both services (project-based) and physical product (inventory) accounting
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience
• A solid working knowledge of sales tax and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• A systems mindset: you see a manual process and want to fix it
• The patience and clarity to teach non-finance people
• Comfort with hands-on work in a lean team, without needing a big department around you

Bonus if you also bring

• Experience with Ramp, Rippling or Wrapbook
• A background in fashion, consumer products or creative agencies
• CPA, or progress toward one
• Interest in automotive culture, motorsport. Not as a requirement, but as a reason you'll love the work even more.
