Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excel skills with PivotTables and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Maintain Dynamics AX and BPC structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Develop and automate recurring financial reports and tools.
• Manage data transfers between systems for month-end close.
• Prepare audit documentation and assist with SOX controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, AP/AR, and Corporate Accounting to resolve issues.
• Lead process improvements and special projects to boost efficiency.
