Qualifications

• 6+ years general accounting experience preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communications skills and ability to follow instruction.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer payments received and follow up on non-payments.
• Assist with monthly manual billing.
• Maintain appropriate customer files and documentation.
• Process all vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and timely payment.
• Assist in tracking project-specific expenses.
• Maintain vendor files and documentation.
• Process monthly employee credit card receipts.
• Perform monthly account balance reconciliations.
• Perform monthly accrual accounting and month end closing
