You will collaborate across teams, prepare ad hoc analyses, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, reconciliations, and GAAP.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables.
• Ability to manage frequent ad hoc accounting requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow; adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced accounting activities.
• Support general ledger and reconciliation activities.
• Compile ad hoc accounting analyses for business partners.
• Assist with financial reporting, cash management, and reconciliation activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Maintain fixed-asset information.
• Assist with accounting projects and analyses.
• Prioritize deliverables amid changing business needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate accounting issues effectively.
