Job summary

TCOM, L.P. is seeking an accountant to perform functions across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, and financial reporting. The role involves verifying, compiling, and classifying financial information, preparing entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits.

You will assist in internal controls, policies, and annual financial reporting, with opportunities to lead in projects and contribute to cross-functional teams in a dynamic office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in a related position, or equivalent experience/ Certification in lieu of experience.
• Technical proficiency with tools/software and understanding of engineering/principles for practical application.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret specifications, and contribute to design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accountant functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, or financial reporting.
• Verify, compile, and classify financial information; prepare entries and document transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with internal controls documentation and testing.
• Prepare audit support and interact with independent auditors.
• Support subsidiary accounting and assist with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing annual financial reports and coordinating with auditors.
• Create, update, and distribute key reports and financial models as needed.
