Responsibilities

• Journal entry preparation
• Expense review and analysis
• Cash accounting and bank reconciliations
• Fixed asset and CIP accounting
• Prepaid asset accounting
• Lease accounting, allocations, enterprise-level reconciliations
• Monthly operating review participation with facility leaders
• Payroll accounting
• Assist departments outside accounting with projects
• Document policies and procedures
• Maintain accounting structure and payroll mappings
• Coordinate with treasury on cash transfers
