Job summary

AirReps, a subsidiary of Daikin Comfort Technologies, invites applications for an Accountant 2 in Bellevue, WA. You will prepare data for journal entries, review ledgers, and assist with financial statements and taxes.

The role supports monthly closing, reconciliations, and internal reporting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. The position requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of related accounting experience.
• 2+ years of month-end close and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and/or maintain accounting systems.
• Monthly reporting and closing.
• Budgeting, consolidation, analysis, costing.
• Run ad-hoc queries related to revenue growth and margin.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare state and local reports and tax returns.
• Assist with financial statements and compliance.
• Lead and participate in special projects as needed.
