Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record transactions daily in Sage Intacct.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Manage accounts receivable across multiple entities.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with year-end audit and external auditors’ materials.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline procedures.
