Job summary

St. Luke’s invites you to join our finance team as Accountant 2 under limited supervision, handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support hospital operations.

You will work with department leaders, implement new financial processes, and assist auditors, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in accounting, 4 years of relevant experience, and CPA preferred; knowledge of health care finances is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting.
• Experience: 4 years relevant experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and analyze budgets, and report variances.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and fiscal controls and preparing financial reports.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve financial performance.
• Support external audits and regulatory filings.
