Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accountant II to join the IPS Segment Accounting team. The role supports centralized accounting for multiple entities, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activities, and cash application while collaborating with corporate and local teams.
The position offers growth opportunities and requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 2-5 years of experience; manufacturing exposure and SAP/OneStream familiarity are a plus.
Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

The Accountant II position is part of the IPS Segment Accounting team reporting to the Accounting Manager. This role supports centralized accounting activities on behalf of multiple legal entities, working closely with both corporate and local accounting teams. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting and billings, cash application and supporting ad hoc projects. This position offers strong exposure to the business and opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
This role is eligible for a Hybrid Work Schedule, which requires working a minimum of 3 days per week from your designated Regal Rexnord office and allows up to 2 remote workdays.
RRX is a Global Business. Some travel to locations may be required. Estimated travel is less than 10%.
