Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Accountant II plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial records. This position is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Accountant II collaborates closely with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and contribute to process improvements. Ultimately, the Accountant II helps maintain the financial health of the organization by providing timely and accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or progress toward certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in a corporate accounting environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
