Job Description:

This position involves preparation, processing, and auditing of payroll. The work requires advanced knowledge gained through specialized training, experience, and expertise. The role involves exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant matters.

Responsibilities

1. Review emails from projects, balance hours, deductions, and payments submitted, and communicate discrepancies to project payroll contacts for resolution.
2. Load interface files from projects and resolve errors in collaboration with project payroll contacts.
3. Provide excellent customer service by monitoring the Greenville Payroll email inbox, researching, and responding to inquiries promptly.
4. Prepare SAP and Excel reports according to schedule and as needed for ad hoc requests.
5. Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence and quality.
6. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards.
7. Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
8. Support Fluor’s Health, Safety, & Environmental Policies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
