Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CPA path.
• CPA is favored for advancement but entry-level consideration is possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews expense vouchers, invoices, and requisitions.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and approves transactions within designated limits.
• Prepares budget, department allocation, inventory, and other reports.
• Corresponds with Procurement, Grants Accounting, Budget Services, or other departments on accounting details.
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors in financial entries, documents, and reports.
• May assist payroll, personnel actions, or contract/grant proposals.
