Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and on time.
• Record invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Reconcile accounts, review ledgers, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with reports and audits.
• Track collections, vendor payments, and cash flow to meet department goals.
• Use Excel to analyze data, create reports, and manage financial details (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Maintain organized records and a high level of accuracy in every task.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Required
• Strong Excel skills – Proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data organization
• No prior experience required – We will train you!
