The Accountant I is a skilled and the experienced level of accounting position. Works independently without technical supervision. Maintains financial records by reviewing and approving vouchers, warrants, purchase orders, requisitions and similar financial documents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in accounting, finance or other closely related field.
Required Experience: One (1) to two years of full-time professional accounting experience.
