Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules.
• Review and analyze general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Research account activity and resolve accounting differences with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and maintain supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Treasury and others to support initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through continuous improvement.
