North Star Sheets is seeking an Accountant in Cottage Grove, MN to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure policy compliance. You will support month-end closings, fixed assets, and vendor reconciliations while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1–3 years of AP/AR/GL experience, and strong Excel and Office skills. The role is office-based with potential for extended hours during month-end duties.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day accounting functions with guidance.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with cash flow management.
• Support month-end closings and annual audits.
• Process AP/AR transactions and GL entries.
• Prepare routine daily/monthly reports.
• Maintain fixed assets records.
• Handle vendor files and credits.
