Job summary

BR TECHNOLOGIES GmbH seeks an experienced accounting professional to handle financial transactions, AP/AR, and reporting tasks within a hands-on finance team. You will collaborate with tax advisors and ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices, payroll preparation, and financial statements.

Ideal candidates have tax-sector education or equivalent accounting training, strong Datev skills, and a proactive, precise approach.

Qualifications

• Education in tax industry or completed commercial training with accounting.
• Confident use of accounting software Datev.
• Ability to organise efficient payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Processing financial transactions
• Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Creating evaluations
• Account assignment (including preparatory activities)
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Assistance with the preparation of annual financial statements
• Close cooperation with tax advisors
• Asset accounting
• Support with the restructuring of accounting processes
• Preparation of advance and final invoices for customers
• Management of advance payment and warranty guarantees
• Maintenance of personnel files, working time accounts
• Preparation of wages
• Checking and processing of travel expense reports
