The Mosaic Company in Florida seeks an Accountant for Enterprise Business Services to handle accounting for North American operations and government reporting. This role supports month-end close, reconciliations, and overall accuracy of financial records.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. Collaboration across levels and strong communication are essential.

The Accountant for Enterprise Business Services is responsible for the accounting and balance sheet reconciliations for various North American accounting activities, which will include responsibility for various government reporting requirements. Responsibilities will include participating and coordinating month-end close processes, ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining support of various monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
