Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements - reconcile cash, accounts receivable, inventory, etc. and write journal entries to record financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Perform various reconciliation/balancing functions to track receivables and payables among various related companies as well as within each company.
• Knowledge of health insurance and payroll desired.
• Additional assignments as needed.
