Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team, supporting the Parent Accounting department. The role offers exposure to a global organization, spanning multiple countries, with opportunities to develop expertise in corporate accounting, forecasting, and business partnership.

The Accountant will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements, while partnering with departments across the organization to drive sound financial

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Analyze financial results across business units to identify variances and trends.
• Assist with budgets and forecasts for corporate departments.
• Provide accounting guidance to internal partners and departments.
• Review vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and payment.
• Audit travel & expense reports and employee reimbursements for policy compliance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across a global organization while developing expertise in corporate accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnership. Parent Accounting supports more than 50 business units and 200+ departments across multiple countries, providing visibility into a wide range of operations and creating opportunities to build a diverse and well-rounded accounting skillset.

As an Accountant, you'll play a vital role in supporting corporate departments, branches, and business groups through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, invoice processing, and expense management. You'll collaborate with business partners across the organization, provide accounting guidance, identify process improvements, and help drive sound financial decision-making.

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and post journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations, and financial reports to support accurate financial reporting
• Analyze financial results and comparative income statements across business groups and branches, identifying trends and key variances
• Assist with the preparation, compilation, and review of annual budgets and forecasts for corporate departments
• Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accounting guidance and support to corporate departments
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices for products, services, and other business-related expenditures
• Audit and process Travel & Expense (T&E) reports, monthly credit card statements, and employee reimbursements to ensure policy compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs across accounting operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information and support business decision-making
