Job summary

Forcht Group of Kentucky is seeking an organized bookkeeper to classify, record and summarize financial data, prepare monthly statements, and maintain accurate records using journals and ledgers. You will handle cash receipts, codes, reconciliations, and data entry while upholding confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key requirements include proficiency with Windows/Office, especially Excel, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or the equivalency
  • 1 years’ experience in bookkeeping preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred
Other Requirements
  • May be required to attend activities outside the office to stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules that may include early/late or weekend working hours.
