Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Richmond, TX. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ledgers, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting budgeting and reporting activities.

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, proficiency with QuickBooks, and strong attention to detail are required. Automotive or service industry experience is a plus.

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in automotive or service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports.
