Job summary

Nashville International Airport (MNAA) is seeking an Accountant to prepare journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and manage daily AR processes. The role includes processing deposits, invoicing, and ensuring accurate coding across GL systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts to GL and sub-ledgers.
• Prepares bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepares roll forwards for long-term debt.
• Enters bank transactions and daily parking revenue into GL.
• Monitors prepaid expenses and amortization entries.
• Supports year-end audit and footnote preparation.
• Researches and resolves issues with internal/external partners.
• Generates reports and maintains accurate AR records.
