Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant education/experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in GAAP and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Maintain AR in compliance with terms and report AR issues
• Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, retained earnings, income statement, cash flows
• Maintain general ledger subledgers and monthly journal entries
• Participate in monthly close including reconciliations and account analysis
• Ensure GAAP and governmental compliance in financial processes
• Assist with data packages for internal audits
• Maintain fixed asset records and related tax documentation
• Handle sales tax, property tax and ITAR reporting
