Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation, a subsidiary of Daifuku North America, seeks an Accountant Analyst I to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and involves closing, reconciliation, and maintaining ledgers while handling confidential information.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–3 years accounting experience (AP a plus), and strong MS Office skills. SAP knowledge is preferred. Location: Novi, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years accounting experience
• Accounts Payable experience is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge/Experience with Accounting Software; SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete month-end closing and reconciliation
• Maintain account ledgers by posting account transactions
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
• Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation
• Provide general administrative support for assigned sections
• Maintain confidential information
