What you’ll do

• Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and on time


• Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients — you should know bookkeeping inside and out


• Stay on top of filing deadlines and keep your work moving without being chased


• Work comfortably across our software and integrated systems, including AI-enabled tools that now run through nearly every platform we touch


• When you don’t know something, know how to find the answer — the information is at your fingingertips these days, and a big part of the job is judgment about where your time is actually needed versus what the tools can handle

What we’re looking for
