Rand & Casey. P.C. is seeking an experienced audit staff member to join our small CPA firm in Atlanta. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration with a supportive team and a family-friendly environment, handling a variety of accounting tasks and client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year public accounting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus, but not required.

Overview Our small CPA firm is looking for an experienced audit staff to join our team. This is an in-office position where you'll work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit, review, compilation & preparation engagements
• Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers
• Prepare business and individual tax returns (tax experience not required)
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation
